Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once the order has been placed and delivered. We kindly request customers to review product descriptions, size details, and images carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

All purchases made through B.dot by Sapna are final. We do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will do our best to assist you with a suitable resolution.
